This session will describe cellular therapies used in pediatric oncology and stem cell transplant including CAR-T cells, NK cells and VSTS. Topics include mechanisms of action, toxicities and nursing considerations.

1. The learner will be able to explain why select patients need a specialized type of cellular therapy to be included in their treatment plan.
2. The learner will describe the mechanism of action for CAR T cells, NK and Viral specific T-cell treatment.
3. The learner will describe the toxicities associated with each type of cell therapy including CAR T, NK and VSTs.
