The conference is designed for a diverse network of professionals and stakeholders invested in advancing pediatric integrated primary care across Ohio. Attendees will include behavioral health consultants, primary care providers, and practice managers from community-based integration programs, as well as teams from academic medical center–led initiatives. Representatives from state organizations, payers, and hospital leadership will join to share perspectives on policy, funding, and system-level impact. The event will also engage faculty, trainees, and students from universities and training programs across disciplines—spanning psychology, medicine, social work, and related fields—who are shaping the future of integrated care.

1. Apply interprofessional team-based clinical interventions in integrated primary care settings.
2. Implement effective operational processes to support integrated care.
3. Implement evidence-based sustainment practices to develop and maintain behavioral health integration within primary care.

Register before end of day Friday, April 3 to receive the published discounted rate. The general registration rate will increase after this date. All registration closes on Friday, May 22, 2026.

AAPA Statement

Nationwide Children's Hospital has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 6.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

ASWB Statement

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Nationwide Children's Hospital is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 6.0 general continuing education credits.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
