Overview

Join us as the Society for Research into Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida (SRHSB) and the Hydrocephalus Association (HA) come together to host two events taking place at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH

August 4-5, 2025: Hydrocephalus Research Workshop: Engineering in Hydrocephalus (invitation only) - no CE credit is available

August 6-8, 2025:  SRHSB Annual Conference - up to 15.5 hours of CE credit is available

This event will bring together leading experts from multiple disciplines to share the latest research, strategize on advancing the field, and foster collaboration on hydrocephalus and spina bifida. Highlights include keynote lectures by renown specialists, thematic sessions on engineering solutions, clinical challenges, a pediatric neurosurgery course, and interactive sessions. Attendees will have opportunities to network, explore cutting-edge research, and engage in discussions on the future of hydrocephalus and neural tube defects. Together, we will work towards advancing patient care and improving global outcomes.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, attendees will be able to:

  4. SRHSB: Enhance their understanding of the latest research in hydrocephalus and spina bifida.
  5. SRHSB: Explore innovative approaches to engineering solutions and therapeutics in hydrocephalus care.
  6. SRHSB: Gain insights into spinal deformity, urologic management, and clinical case challenges in NTDs.
  7. SRHSB: Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
  8. SRHSB: Engage with patients and stakeholders to align clinical strategies with patient needs.
