It is used to disseminate new or updated information across the institution and professions. It will be presented as an Independent study from recorded presentation. Participants to complete a post test at the end of the presentation. This format was selected to enable those from geographically diverse areas to attend/participate.

Many individuals who engage in non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) report the onset and increased intensity of the behavior during their middle and high school years. Despite the prevalence of NSSI among youth, frontline mental health providers often receive limited training in identifying and treating NSSI as part of their licensure coursework.
