Overview

The 2026 Pediatric Cardiology Symposium is designed to provide pediatric practitioners with practical, up-to-date knowledge on the recognition and management of common and complex cardiovascular conditions in children. Through focused lectures, interactive case discussions and hands-on breakout sessions, participants will gain confidents in identifying cardiac red flags, understanding current diagnostic and treatment approaches, and knowing when to refer to subspecialty care. 


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Perform recommended screening, diagnosis, management and referral to Preventive Cardiology and center for Healthy Weight and Nutrition
  2. Interpret EKG red flags and know when to refer for palpitations or tachycardia
  3. Know when to refer for FH of cardiomyopathy
  4. Interpret common murmurs and murmur red flags and treat or refer as appropriate.
  5. Determine chest pain evaluation and management and treat or refer as appropriate.
  6. Improve teamwork and communication among the healthcare team.

Registration

Early bird rates apply only to select registration products and are available until Friday, April 10, 2026. Regular rates will apply thereafter.

Registration will close on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:59pm. 

We are unable to accommodate requests to convert in-person registration to virtual participation (or vice versa) after registration closes on Friday, May 29, 2026.

Meals & Refreshments: Please note that breakfast will not be provided. Morning coffee and beverages will be available, and lunch will be served in the afternoon. Attendees are encouraged to plan accordingly.
