Overview

The 4th annual Single Cell Research Group for ‘Omics Technologies (scRGOT) Coder Upgrade Week is a four-day intensive coding boot camp designed to strengthen single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data analysis skills for participants of all experience levels. The workshop features beginner and advanced tracks, covering topics from data importing and differential expression to cell type assignment, velocity analysis, and multiomics integration. With hands-on sessions, expert mentors, and expanded in-person support, Coder Upgrade promises an engaging, immersive, and collaborative learning experience for researchers seeking to hone their analysis skills.

This bootcamp is for attendees who have a basic level of familiarity with R.

To ensure all participants get the most out of this workshop, a basic familiarity with the R programming language is expected. You should be comfortable reading in data, manipulating datasets, and using functions from R packages. If you need a refresher on these fundamentals, please register to attend our free prerequisite Intro to R Workshop, taking place in person from April 20 through April 24, at this link: https://nationwidechildrens.cloud-cme.com/IntroToR

Registration Rates:

  • External General Registrants: $350

  • External Trainees/Students: $200

  • Nationwide Children's General Registrants: $200

  • Nationwide Children's Trainees/Students: $100

Registration includes 4 days of training, with breakfast and lunch served each day.

The course will not be available virtually.
