The 11th Annual Pediatric Update for Advanced Practice Providers is the annual continuing education conference hosted by the APP Council at Nationwide Children's Hospital. A variety of topics will be covered with the goal of providing clinical updates on multiple pediatric topics.

1. Recognize signs and symptoms of medical disorders and topics covered throughout the conference.
2. Compare pharmacologic interventions discussed in lectures, including indications, mechanisms of actions, and patient-specific considerations.
3. Describe opportunities for collaboration between different professions, especially APRNs and PAs.

 

In support of improving patient care, Nationwide Children's Hospital is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), to provide continuing medical education for the healthcare team.

AAPA Credit Designation Statement
Nationwide Children's Hospital has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 7.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to accommodate requests to convert in-person registration to virtual participation after registration closes on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Nationwide Children's Hospital reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
