Suicide Prevention Caregiver Training - Suicide Prevention in Youth With Physical Disabilities - 8/22/25 - 2:00 - 3:00 pm

In this training, adults are introduced to an overview of the topic of suicide prevention in youth with physical disabilities. This training will incorporate moments for reflection for able-bodied attendees, as they learn about:
- Most salient risk factors for youth using the interpersonal theory of suicide
- How ableism and physical disability intersect with suicide
- Protective factors and effective strategies for responding to youth at risk for suicide
