Overview
Join us for the 3rd Annual Center for Child Health Equity and Outcomes Research’s Communities Aiming to Reach Equity Summit. This year’s theme is Leveraging Technology to Advance Health Equity. Attendees will hear from clinicians, researchers, and community partners engaged in health equity advancements using technology. Presentations will highlight technology as a tool to address social needs, the potential bias when using technology (including artificial intelligence), and its role in impacting communities, clinical settings, and the health and well-being of families.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify technology's use in health care and research and describe its impact on the health and well-being of families and communities.
  2. Identify approaches to address the pitfalls and bias in technology (including artificial intelligence).
  3. Describe social needs, the need for social screening, and technological changes needed to address identified needs or barriers.

Registration

Registration is open for the 3rd annual Center for Child Health Equity and Outcomes Research's Communities Aiming to Reach Equity Summit. This free event is open to public, and attendees can join in-person or virtually.

Virtual registration will be available throughout conference day on April 9. To receive the virtual link, please register first in CloudCME, and then you will receive the Zoom link in the confirmation email.

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
