Wet Lab
9:00AM - 12:00PM

In the morning session, left ureter will be clipped down at the level of the bladder, simulating first-stage orchiopexy. This will induce dilation of the left renal pelvis as pigs have an intrarenal pelvis, which can make it difficult to do pyeloplasty without this maneuver. In the interim, and while the kidney is getting more dilated for a pyeloplasty, a nephrectomy will be done on the right side. Prior to lunch, pyeloplasty will be performed.

Lunch

Wet Lab
1:00PM - 4:00PM
Research Building III

The afternoon session will include major advanced reconstructive procedures that encompass ureter implantation, bladder augmentation and bowel reconstruction.
