This is a great way to make connections with others who shar your passion and journey!

Who Should Attend
If you, your child or someone you love has congenital heart disease, this program is for you!

Location
Choice of in-person or virtual attendance. You will select when you sign up for the program. 
In-person will be held at Nationwide Children's Hospital Education Center, 575 S. 18th St., Columbus, OH 43205.
