Congenital Heart Disease Awareness 2023: Tell Us Your Why and How

Advocacy means taking action on something important to you. This event will discuss the importance of Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) advocacy and discover the many ways that you can get involved. 
Hear personal stories from families impacted by CHD and how they are active in CHD advocacy and awareness. Visit the display tables from local and national organizations. 
This is a great way to make connections with others who shar your passion and journey!

Who Should Attend
If you, your child or someone you love has congenital heart disease, this program is for you!

Location
Choice of in-person or virtual attendance. You will select when you sign up for the program. 
In-person will be held at Nationwide Children's Hospital Education Center, 575 S. 18th St., Columbus, OH 43205.
