Dr. Roger Friedman, Chairman of Nationwide Children's Hospital's Medical Alumni Association, invites alumni and their families to attend reunion weekend April 21-22, 2023. Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Attendees will be able to compare differences in epidemiology, treatment and prevention of Monkey pox and Chicken pox cases
  2. Attendees will be able to compare epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of common viral encephalitis infections
  3. Attendees will be able to incorporate interdisciplinary knowledge in treatment of Covid-induced vasculitis in their practices
  4. Attendees will be able to communicate epidemiology, treatment and prevention of re-emerging vaccine preventable diseases
  5. Attendees will be able to implement current management of community acquired pneumonia
  6. Attendees will be able to assess the benefit of influenza vaccines in at-risk pediatric populations
  7. Attendees will be able to communicate differences in presentation, complications, and treatment of Kawasaki disease and other Kawasaki-like syndromes
  8. Attendees will be able to implement most current updates in evidence and research-based knowledge in diagnosing, treating, and preventing various infectious diseases
