2025 Nationwide Children's Extended Reality (XR) Symposium

Join us on November 7^th, 2025, for the second annual Nationwide Children’s XR Symposium, a one-day event dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of extended reality (XR) in research and healthcare. This year’s symposium will bring together clinicians, researchers, educators, developers, and innovators from across the United States and beyond to share cutting-edge projects, foster collaboration, and inspire the future of immersive technology in pediatric and clinical settings.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Brennan Spiegel, Director of Health Services Research at Cedars-Sinai and a global leader in medical virtual reality, as our 2025 keynote speaker. Additional featured speakers will represent leading institutions including Cleveland Clinic, The Ohio State University, University of Michigan, KU Leuven (EU), Griffith University (Australia), and more.

Topics will include:

• Clinical applications of XR

• XR in medical education and simulation

• Innovations in XR

• Research methods and evaluation in immersive tech

The day will also feature a main stage abstract session and interactive exhibits, offering attendees a chance to engage with emerging XR tools and connect with peers across disciplines.

Early Bird Registration $150 ( Ends September 26, 2025)

Regular Registration $200 (Ends October 30, 2025)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Nationwide Children's Hospital reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.

Step 1: Click "Exhibitor" and then "Exhibit at this Event" and it you will be lead through the registration and payment process.

Step 2: Pay online or send a check to the address listed on the next step (the exhibitor agreement).

Step 3: Once step 1 is complete, please download this exhibitor agreement to complete the registration process and confirm your participation. Once it is filled out and the last page is signed, please email it to [email protected]
