Please join us virtually for the 2025 Therapeutic Recreation Conference!

This conference is designed for current, future, and retired professionals in therapeutic recreation, as well as members of other related professions. Students are also welcome to register for this event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Nationwide Children's Hospital reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.

Exhibitor registration for the conference includes the following options: 

• For-Profit Level: $300
  (1) 6’ table and (2) representatives 
  (1) PowerPoint slide (to be provided by exhibitor) for display to the virtual attendees
  Name and logo recognition in marketing and conference materials, as accreditation guidelines and timing allow 

• Non-Profit Level: $150
  (1) 6’ table and (1) representative 
  (1) PowerPoint slide (to be provided by exhibitor) for display to the virtual attendees
  Name and logo recognition in marketing and conference materials, as accreditation guidelines and timing allow

• Additional options: 
  Access to electricity (limited availability): $100
  Additional representative: $100 per representative, no more than (2) additional representatives per exhibitor
