Conference is a in person conference that is directed to presenting clinical updates and research discoveries for the otolaryngologic care of children. This one-day meeting will include expert panels, multidisciplinary discussions, and strategies to improve quality of care of children.

1. Identify the user rate in pediatric single-sided deafness patients who have undergone cochlear implantation
2. Discuss potential etiologies of why the non-user rate of this population is high
3. Convey the principles of pediatric imaging for different types of pediatric hearing loss.
4. Review the imaging findings of the most common forms of pediatric hearing loss.
5. Interpret the evidence-based algorithm for determining hearing aid candidacy for children with slight/mild hearing loss.
6. Discuss the clinical pathways for evaluation of auditory processing deficits in children.
7. Describe outcomes of sedated auditory brainstem response testing and understand potential causes of temporary threshold shift.
8. Review current clinical practice guidelines for the medical and surgical management of otolaryngologic conditions
9. Discuss novel translational therapies for the management of complex pediatric otolaryngologic disease
10. Improve communication and collaboration between all members of the healthcare team.
11. The participant will be able to apply information from topics and discussions presented throughout the symposium to encourage retention of information while working with other disciplines and team building during an interactive game
