Danielle Siegel graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics. She continued her education at Boise State where she received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering as part of the Boise Applied Biomechanics of Infants Laboratory. Danielle is now a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus where she is a part of the research team in the Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center. Her current research focus is to better understand the biomechanical function of joints in people with hemophilia. In her free time, Danielle enjoys reading a good book, trying a new recipe or restaurant, taking dance classes, and enjoying time in the community with friends and family.
